Refund Policy: Athletes may request a partial deferral by submitting an email request prior to April 30, 2012. Approved requests will receive a credit of 50% of your race entry fee that can be applied toward next years race. You can use this credit until the end of the following race season. After April 30, 2012 all entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued in the event of the race being modified or canceled due to any act of nature (though we will make any and all attempts to ensure this does not happen).
